We were driving through a little town called Taffala, when we noticed a bullfighting arena. We hadn't planned to see 'corrida' but ... I think there must have been something in the air ... something that didn't let us leave this place without buying tickets for the next bullfighting show. I know what you are thinking now ... but once we saw this town in which every little thing was reminding us of one of the most violent European traditions (an arena, wooden fence surronding the main streets, shops selling white clothes and red scarves, posters) we really wanted to experience this original cultural event and try to understand it at least... So we'll be back here in a weeks time.
Next we stopped in Pamplona to see the street where the famous encierro (the running of the bulls) happens and then we headed towards San Sebastian.
